Job Title: Development Manager-美工员工发展经理
Location: Shanghai, China
Responsibilities
Screen, recruit, interview and evaluate production artist candidates
Regularly conduct artist performance reviews through 1-on-1 meetings, peers and project leads
Work with each artist to determine a professional development plan (PDP) that meets individual and organizational goals
Assist each artist to achieve his/her PDP goals with guidance, support, advice and care
Build strong relationship and trust with each artist and between artists
Create a strong atmosphere with emphasis on company culture
Determine effective art resource allocation with project managers, project leads and other art managers for maximum productivity
Coach artists in time management, communication, leadership and more through 1-on-1, workshops, group discussions and lectures
Collaborate with company China HR and company University and execute overall staffing and training strategy
Requirements:
3+ years of people management experience as project leads, managers and/or HR specialists
Possess strong leadership and experience
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills
Ability to give concise directions and follow through
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
Team player with strong grasp of customer service, positive attitude, passion for games and proactive personality
Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin & English
May require travel as needed
Desirable Skills:
Efficient in following software packages
－ Microsoft Office
Knowledge in game development and/or art production
College degree in business administration
