我们正在寻求一位创意总监，加入我们有活力、快节奏的公司。
身为创意总监，应领导包括高端战略计划在内的各种开发项目，这一职位将使您的每一天都充满变化与挑战。
负责公司品牌形象、图形设计、编辑方针的开发、策划与实施，以及为公司基于Web的在线产品开展各种活动。由于公司项目与面向Web技术关系甚为密切，创意总监最好能熟悉或有使用Web相关应用软件经历。
负责公司的品牌说服力、影响力、以及公众接受度。协助实施关于公司项目的创造性动议，实行效果监督、进行用户反馈测评、以及更新品牌战略。
公司项目的影响力与分布的广泛性要求有超低成本的设计，因此身为公司创意总监，需利用合理成本，开发并实施可应用于各种高质量通讯目的的标准模板，并同时负责监督实施可以利用与复制的创意性方案。
该职位要求高度的隐私与保密意识，要求保护公司资产，有很高的道德标准与人格魅力，恪守适用法律法规及特许要求，遵守公司的政策和程序。
任职要求：
艺术、通讯及相关专业学士学位及以上，硕士学位优先考虑。
出色的书面与口头表达能力（中英文）。
五年以上从事广告机构高级创意领导工作的经历，或技术或传媒公司内部职位经历。
须有资深的设计与文案写作背景，能高效领导和管理职工，在监督和管理创意队伍、文案撰写员、编辑、图形设计师创作高质量的作品方面展示过很好的领导才能，并拥有创建队伍、解决问题以及从事项目管理的能力。
成功的应聘者应有利用传统及电子手段开发消费者品牌，以及新产品上市方面的实际经验，能定期与监管者沟通，审查并采纳特定市场目标。
须能以最少的监管成本，很好的创建团队，以及与其他公司员工进行技术交流。
有很好的团队精神，有为公司在各个层次创造价值的能力。
对中国的消费者市场和商业市场有很好的了解。
应聘者须熟练使用MicrosoftOffice办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint与Access），以及熟悉Photoshop、Illustrator、Dreamweaver、Dreamweaver、Flash在内的行业标准化桌面排版及图像编辑工具的基本知识，有高级HTML及CSS技能者优先考虑。

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Communications or related field. Masters degree strongly preferred.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills (both English and Chinese).
5+ years in a senior creative leadership position for an advertising agency or in-house corporate experience with a technology or media related business.
Must possess a strong background in design and/or copywriting, and be proficient in directing and managing a staff of others with demonstrated skills in leadership, team building, problem solving, and project management while supervising and managing creative teams. writers, editors, and graphic designers in producing the highest quality results
The successful candidate will have proven success in developing consumer brands, in both traditional and digital media and bringing a new product to market. You are expected to consult with supervisors periodically, reviewing and adopting specific marketing objectives.
Must be able to operate with minimal supervision with well-honed team building and mentoring skills with peers and others throughout the company.
Desire to be a team player with the ability to add value at all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of the Chinese consumer and business markets.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and must possess a basic knowledge of industry-standard desktop publishing and image-editing tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash. Advanced HTML and CSS skills are considered a plus.
